COVID-19 update - Level 2

Firstly, we want to thank everyone in the community for your patience and understanding under Level 3 and Level 4 of COVID-19. Apologies for the long post but we want to update the community on what our services will look like under Level 2.

HOURS:

Under Level 2 we will remain open Monday-Friday 830am until 530pm and will continue to run our flu clinic by appointment on Saturdays and Sundays. We will still remain closed on Saturdays for regular pharmacy services under Level 2, however, this may change in the future. Under Level 3 and 4 we have been closing between 1230pm and 1pm for lunch, however this will not occur during Level 2 and we will remain open during this time.

ACCESS:

The front entrance will remain closed and all access will be from the rear entrance by the Raleigh Street carpark. A maximum of 3 customers will be allowed in store at one time and there will be a screening process that will occur prior to entry. Customers will be able to shop

for retail products more easily than under Level 3 and 4.

PRESCRIPTIONS:

We are still discouraging physical prescriptions being handed to pharmacy staff and we will photograph these when you bring them instore. Alternatively these can still be emailed to unichemleamington@gmail.com but the original prescription must still be brought to the pharmacy when you come to collect your prescription.

There will be no waiting in store for prescriptions and we may ask you to return at a later stage to collect your prescription. If the item is urgent we may ask you to wait in the carpark until the item is ready - processing times may vary as we are experiencing a much higher volume compared to pre-lockdown. We thank you for your patience with respect to this.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We will continue to only accept EFTPOS/Credit Card/Paywave or direct credit as forms of payment. We will not accept Cash or Cheques under Level 2.
